When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Your order is normally shipped out within 1-2 business days. After that, it’s in the courier’s hands and you will receive tracking information to follow this. We expect 99% of orders to reach you within 7 business days after purchase. If you have not received your item(s) by then, please get in touch so we can follow up for you.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Do you have a physical store to visit?

No, in order to keeps costs down and delivery the best value to our customers, we are an online store only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Why did my item arrive in a recycled packaging box?

We want to do our bit to help the planet by reusing what we can and we actively encourage our customers to do the same, by reusing or recycling any packaging. We actively collect waste boxes and bubble wrap etc from local businesses to use as our shipping containers, so please don’t be surprised or put off if you receive an item in a box branded in a name other than Dakoda.
