Delivery and Returns Policy


UK Standard delivery (3–5 days) to most UK address (excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations).

  • FREE for orders to UK over £50
  • From £3.99 for orders under £50
  • Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank or public holidays)

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order please contact us in the first instance and no later than 21 days after your order was placed to report a missing item. You may be asked to fill out a form for the courier to sign that you have not received the item.


We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December will be accepted until 31st January when you are returning by post.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging.

We will be happy to issue a refund, which will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged – please see below for details.

In the event that you would like an exchange please contact us in the first instance and we will provide details of where you need to return the items. Once we have received and checked over, we are then able to send your exchanged item. If the item is unavailable we will issue a full refund, less any postage costs.

Please note that some products cannot be returned i.e. earrings for hygiene reasons, if this is the case this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

If the goods are faulty, please contact us via the form on the Contact Us section. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the issue, we may then email to ask for photographs of the damage. If we ask you to send the item back to us you will be reimbursed for the postage.

We will send a returns slip when we have agreed to accept the return. Please make sure to include your order number on your returns slip – we cannot process your refund without it.

When returning goods, please ensure you complete and enclose your returns slip form with the items you are returning. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you about the return.

Make sure your items are securely wrapped and are sent back via a tracked postal service.

You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse – if you want to check that your order has been received, please use the tracking provided for your chosen return method.
